Six short stories that follow Cole and Perry's life from their two year anniversary up until Cole's fantasy wedding for the two.

I couldn't really get into the book. There was a small part of me that felt like the author was messing with readers with the way the stories were being told. I felt like an animal being dangled a treat then having that treat ripped away from me. I was left with an unsatisfied feeling with every story I finished.

The fantasies and daydreams were a nice concept. Kudos to the author for thinking of presenting them in that way. At the same time, as I said before, it didn't work for me. Instead of having details feel mysterious it all just felt like there was things happening off page until I reached a point of the story where I was kind of filled in about what was happening and why (a kind of "jokes on you, sucker!" moment)

The last story was kind of the 'pudding on the cake' for me. It was really all in the fictional characters head, a bit if a dream of a dream thing going that I could not appreciate.
