I received an ARC copy of the book in exchange for an honest review.
Picks off where book two leaves off with Liam waking up in a room in which one of his kidnappers is waiting for him to come to. It turns out to be the crazy princess. She has a thing going on with Chase's brother and didn't take well to the fact that he dumped her.
His internal commentary while being held hostage kind of amused me and pulled a laugh or two from me. Felix came off as a bit of a jerk. I could have done without Liam's imaginary/fantasy convo with Chase. I actually kind of was feeling embarrassed for him while reading it. I kind of thought the author would twist it so it wasn't a fantasy.
It was awesome how Liam stood up for Chase while his brother belittled him. It was fantastic and my favorite part of the book. The new development between Chase and Liam was exciting and I was hoping to feel some emotional attachment and wishing that the passion between Chase and Liam went beyond paper. The effect was there I felt as if they really were falling for each other and that this wasn't just a casual thing happening to them.
Like the previous books the author dropped a bit of a bomb on the readers at the end and I am looking forward to the next installment.
