3.5 starsMy first book from this author and it was better than I expected. The characters were very likable, it was fun reading about Tyler and Cam becoming more than friends. The bedroom scenes were very descriptive and at one point I felt like a intruder. It made me a bit giddy and flushed from Tyler's first sexual exploration with Cam. The love and care shared between the two made me feel as if they were two pieces of a puzzle that fit and were meant to be together.
Angie was a great friend and I like that she was so laid back and understanding.
The last ten or so pages kind of bugged me a lot. The dialogue felt like it got a bit too crude for the image I had built for Cam and Tyler. It was also hard to believe that after one or two nights of their relationship moving to the next step. Tyler would call up his family and tell them of his change in sexual orientation.
For a short story it turned out pretty good. There were a few grammar issues but other than that it all flowed well and was entertaining.
