The first twenty one pages had my heart in a vice grip. Reading about Tyler's situation and and what he had to resort to to support himself. Even with everything he had to put himself through he still had integrity and a kind heart and it was awesome that he tried to save Jeremy.
Jeremy was a fool and I was happy to see that Tyler tried to protect and warn him. While I do feel bad about what happened to him I still think he was a fool and wished he had gotten out of the business before he got hurt.
Wilson's witty comment and needling at Haris gave comical relief and was cute. He was my favorite character after Tyler.
Haris and his host of problems added more intrigue to the story. It was fun learning about him and everything that made him the person he was in the book.
The one major part that made me fall really hard for the book was the point where Tyler didn't just go running back to Haris after he apologized for the misunderstanding. I liked that he stood his ground and thought he deserved something more.
