Base Instincts (Demonica, #11.7)
Didn't really care for the narration. Didn't really care for the characters, hated Fayle. There was were point in which I hated Raze and Slate, the situation they got themselves in and how they handled a bad situation.The story/plot itself was the saving grace. Learning about the demon types was intriguing. The resolution of Slate's issue made me curious enough to want to finish the story. The consequences Fayle experienced was another plus in my book.
