My first book from this author. I've been intending to give his other books a read for quite some time. I liked this sound of this one and I'm kind of in between books at the moment so why not?

As the blurb goes Mikey Bradshaw is in Georgia and staying at his little brother's apartment while he's away. While staying there he brings back a female to have sex with. She happens to be really loud, when he walks her out and says his goodbyes; he's turns around to face an angry roommate.

Scott Wintry , is the angry roommate. He doesn't like that there's no consideration for the late time and noise or that Mikey is doing this in a home that isn't really his own.

Both take notice of each other but their misconception of each other's sexuality stops them from making a move each other. A few shared drink and some conversation changes everything...

I liked this story but it took some getting use to. Mikey's personality was almost a little too confident/cocky for me. It was borderline annoying but the fact that he was supportive and funny really helped. He knew how far to push his conceitedness. I'm not saying Scott was cool either. He did come off as a tight ass but he too grew on me. The crass sexual things that came out their mouths wasn't something I usually like to read to hear but ignoring that the story really grew on me.

I loved seeing their interaction and how supportive they both could be with each other and with family. i enjoyed seeing Mikey interacting with Katey and Jordon. The epilogue was cute and I'm glad the author included it and let us see what happened a few years down the line.
