The Deadly Sugar Collection

The Deadly Sugar Collection - Ofelia Gränd Deadly Sugar: David loves beautiful things. He likes to surround himself with it. He likes to help his lovers achieve it too. But David has a darkness about him and readers witness it within the first few pages as he's helping his current lover Chris who's unable to help himself due to starvation caused by David's hands. In fact he has a root cellar full of lovers he has to help and very limited time to do it.

Jett just moved in next door to David. He's can't stop thinking about his ex, Josh. So decides to introduce himself to the neighbor. Jett thinks David is cute but a bit too thin after their introduction. So returns home to bake hoping to win David over with his goodies. At the same time he can't help but obsess over his ex, Josh.

There was a bit of undercurrent that Jett liked to fatten people up. Whereas David wanted thin lovers. This actually made me very curious about who would win out. If Josh, Jett's ex would come into the picture at all. The ending took a different turn than I thought it would.

Deadly Secrets: Takes place five years after the events in Deadly Sugar. Josh and Jett have been living comfortably in their home with their son Sam. Everything is going great until Josh decides to check out the root cellar while Jett is away at work. Josh finds himself in quite the dilemma when Jett catches him in the act.

Deadly Lies: Josh knows he has to do something to save his son and himself from Jett. But first he has to figure out how to get out of the situation he finds himself in.

Loved all three stories. The stories were so easy to get lost in and they all sent spine tingling chills down my backside. The stories were pretty in depth and there were such nice twists thrown to throw readers off. I look forward to seeing what else this author has up her sleeves.

A free copy was provided to me in exchange for an honest review.
