An ARC was provided to me in exchange for an honest review.

I'm going ahead to say I hated the story from the get go when I first started the prologue and got to chapter three. I didn't think I would be able to finish it. I thought Ethan was spineless snot even knowing his situation. His parents were awful and the thought of them was putting me off. But persevere I did and it actually turned out to be a fine read. There were parts of the story that just peeved me off but it was totally worth continuing just to see Ethan tell his parents off.
